Rights if goods are faulty
If goods do not conform to the agreement, statutory remedies apply. Depending on the legal conditions, these may include repair or replacement, a price reduction or reimbursement.
Second-hand goods are covered too
Second-hand goods are not generally excluded from the legal guarantee. The official notice also explains possible differences for second-hand goods.
Legal and commercial guarantees
A voluntary commercial guarantee may provide additional cover. It does not replace your statutory rights.
